To optimize humanitarian relief for Ukraine, first we updated our onboarding forms to connect Philanthropies, Requests for Aid, Volunteers (via Strategic Advisors) and Donors. Second, we set up "Ukraine Relief Coordination Calls” at 7:30am ET daily to share updates, review onboarded Aid Requests (to vet and match). For the invite to 7:30 calls and updates, join our Ukraine Group. It’s already leading to many great “wins” and friendships. After 3/15’s 11am Briefing (“Growth, Inflation, Sanctions, Supply Chains”), we host "Ukraine Update 3" kicked off by Ukraine’s ex-Finance Minister Natalie Jaresko.
On Feb. 15, 2022, our Weekly Briefing #97 "Russia, Ukraine & The Rest of the World" focused on several war scenarios. We all dismissed the one being carried out as being too troublesome for Russia. We were wrong, but right.
