Code of Conduct and Important Notices

1) Teach. No Pitching or Politics. Our 361 forums are designed to facilitate connecting and open, respectful discussions and sharing of data, macro-level ideas, strategies, and insights across industries, asset classes, regions, philanthropies, or other topics. It is prohibited to discuss specific investment offerings or products in these events or our App, but of course you build relationships which can organically lead to offline discussions of all sorts.

2) We do not allow soliciting of our attendees at the event, ever.

3) If you have an urgent business call please feel free to leave the room, but otherwise please participate in the event. Conversations outside the room are distracting while our event programming is going on.

4) Sessions May Be Recorded. By participating in person or virtually, you agree to our sharing recordings. For the protection of our participants, we do not allow third party recording of our event programming.

5) Disclosure: 360 One Firm Capital LLC (361Firm) may include in these materials or events companies (1) in which 361Firm or its affiliates may have have an equity stake and/or (2) which are clients for which 361Firm and any other affiliates of its broker-dealer (Finalis Securities LLC**) could earn a fee from raising capital.

6) No Refunds. For many reasons we do not allow refunds, but we do allow for transfer of delegate passes for the same event to another person who completes all registration information and agrees with this Code of Conduct and acknowledges our Notices.
