WHAT IS THE HISTORY OF 361FIRM?

361Firm was founded by Mark Sanor in 2015 after (a) 10 years with a single family office investing into and with funds and co-investing with other FOs and (b) 10 years as a lawyer and M&A Partner in Europe/Asia at Andersen and EY.

“360” stems from hosting and scaling roundtables since 2005 when Mark moved back from Europe to New York, first for his alumni networks (Denison, U-Michigan, Leiden, INSEAD) and then family office circles. It also captures our approach to forming circles for not only events but also deals.

"One Firm" comes from the global collaborative culture of Andersen where Mark was a partner. Being global helps us to understand better investment landscapes as well as to collaborate cross-border.
