Diagnostics

We collect data to create meaningful interaction and engagement in our groups.  Allocators who wish to attend our sessions for Family office Principals, CIOs and Institutional (PCI) investors or 361Core need to complete the forms below. Step 1 is the Short Form for those attending their first PCI Session, with only two questions to attest to QP status and note allocation activity. We prefer everyone to do the longer Diagnostic so we can have more strategic interaction, and we require that in Step 2 for those who wish to become 361 Approved PCIs and attend more than one PCI Session. For those who wish to become a member of 361Core, the application process requires a "Supplemental Diagnostic Form".

*Those attending their first PCI Allocator Session need only to submit this The Short Diagnostic (Step 1), attesting only to QP Status and generally to Allocation Activity and may skip all further optional questions.

**Those who have attended a previous PCI Session** need to complete the Full Diagnostic (Step 2) to attend future ones.

Those who wish to be considered a member of 361Core are required to submit this "361Core Supplemental Form"
