361Core is an invite-only program that enables family offices to collaborate, share, vet, and co-invest in unique private alternative investment opportunities, both direct deals and niche funds. We created 361Core to provide a structured approach, leveraging the combined strengths of our core family offices.

(2) Mgt. fee/Carry for 361 Asset Management SPVs into funds: 0%-0.5% Mgt. fee + 5% carry

Annual Membership Fee
The Annual Membership Fee for 361 Core is $50K
361 Firm will invite a limited number of Founding Members to join for $25K
75% of the Membership Fees are an advance, credited against Transaction Fees
Fee includes access to 361 Firm deal platform and all 361 Firm events
After two years, annual fee increases to $100K ($50K for Founding Members)
