361Firm Investor Survey #13 (Fall 2023)

It has been a couple of months since we last reported on the results for Survey 12.  As we head into the Fall, how are you thinking about opportunities, where rates will be and will there actually be a recession in the US?  We also have a new bonus question of “If anything were possible, what would you like to see?”.  This is a total free-form response.  Anything from “Elvis” to “the cheapest put options in our lifetime”.  We want to hear what you have to say so we can gauge the current temperature of the community.  Results will be presented at the London PCI session in just a few weeks so enter your responses now.
