Portal
For: anyone new to 361 who wants to see the community before paying.
- Your profile and the events calendar.
- The most recent Tuesday briefing recap and video.
- Anonymised mandates. Named ones once your QP standing is approved.
Find capital, find companies, find people — say it however you'd say it out loud.
361Firm connects investors with opportunities across private equity, venture capital, real estate, credit and hedge fund strategies, online and in person. Deal flow, matchmaking, Tuesday briefings and events. The Portal is free. Paid plans add matchmaking, diligence, access and intelligence.
Your profile, the events calendar, and the latest Tuesday briefing.
Lighter matchmaking, the last 10 weeks of briefings, and live Tuesday calls.
Broader matchmaking and diligence, the full briefing archive, and 30% off events.
The fullest access and intelligence, past recordings, retreats and special events.
We are not launching a new firm. The work lived in briefings, calendars, and relationships. The Platform makes that usable if you have never been in the room.
The room is the product. Family offices, allocators and operators who already know each other, looking at real deals every two weeks.
Membership buys community, content and software. Transaction work sits on a separate engagement.
Same navy, same type, same calm. You join here and land in one house.
Qualified-purchaser standing is not a price. You attest, we approve, and it changes what you see on any plan — four cards, not eight. Allocator approval also asks for at least 3 portfolio companies or funds.
For: anyone new to 361 who wants to see the community before paying.
For: members who want lighter matchmaking, meetings and member event pricing.
For: members who want broader matchmaking, diligence and the full briefing archive.
For: members who want the fullest matchmaking, access and intelligence.

Every plan renews until you cancel. Search and matchmaking still open only after review and a mutual NDA. An additional Circle seat is $5,000 a year on top of Core. Event tickets, season passes and individual products are in the shop. Membership buys access to the platform, community, and content — not a security.
Two things sit alongside your plan. Neither is unlocked by payment alone.
The investor network, live mandates, lists and outreach, in one place. Ask in plain English. A shortlist comes back with the reasoning, and you can run outreach from the same screen.
About ten members in one sector, reviewing live deal flow every two weeks. Weak deals are dropped early.
How to join. A conversation with our team, then a six-month season.
Everything in the Portal carries into every paid plan, Search access and Circles.
What you pay, the role you are playing, and what you may lawfully be shown are separate. None of them decides on its own what you see.
Depth, rooms, event pricing. The one thing you choose.
Allocating, raising, advising, co-leading a room. The same family office can do more than one.
Accredited, qualified purchaser, or self-attested. It caps what may be shown, whatever you paid.
The ceiling is the lower of what you bought and what you may be shown. If verification would change what you see, you should know before you pay.
QP standing does not lift a lower plan. The price is for the depth. Verification opens the depth you paid for.
How much of a deal you see depends on the pairing — this deal, this viewer.
| Rung | What is visible | Who admits you |

| Anonymised | Sector, size, stage, geography. No issuer name. | Platform |
| Named summary | Named, with summary information. No offering materials. | Platform |

| Data room | Financial models, cap tables, diligence items. | The company — always |
You see your own deal and no one else's. While the engagement is live, your directory presence is quiet and the investor list is scoped to your mandate. That is why allocators will be in the room.
The directory is members who accepted the protocols, and it is reciprocal — you appear to those who appear to you. Search opens the book one mandate at a time. It is not a bulk export, and the relationships were shared with us in confidence.
A small sector room. Biweekly review. People who know the field. We do not sell a wall of empty chairs.
Nine to ten members. Biweekly review. The one the others follow.
Capital and operators in-region. Same cadence, different map.
Defense, dual-use and frontier energy. Same room, different diligence.
New people start at Join. Returning people start at Log in.
Join. You land in the Portal: calendar, profile, and the latest Tuesday briefing. Free.
Request Search from your account, or wait for an invitation. It opens after review and a mutual NDA.
When a sector is the work, sit in the room. Health Tech is live. Six months, charged once a term.
You need a way in, a calendar, and a sense that the community is real. The Portal is that. Search comes later, if you need the book. A Circle, if a sector becomes the work.
The invites you want, and the latest briefing without hunting for it. Portal first. Search when a mandate is live. A Circle when you want peers on a cadence.
One form, in this order. Paying is the last step, not the first.
Name, organisation, contact. Enough for events. No gate.
Your entity type, and every role you expect to hold, including anything that may seek capital. Before payment.
Attest your designation. Verification is a later step. If you allocate, allocator approval also asks for at least 3 portfolio companies or funds on your profile.
Members, or a named sponsor if you are new. A short note, not an essay.
Show up. Answer. Re-declare your roles at renewal.
Payment completes admission; it does not trigger it.
You are the reference base. Renewal is three steps: roles, designation, protocols. We walk it with you before anything changes.
A directory anyone can buy is a list. A directory you were admitted to is a network.
