Clients

Raise capital with the room already built.

A 361 client is a fund or a company raising private capital. Instead of cold outreach, the raise runs through a standing network of 11,000+ family offices, allocators, funds and founders — with one 361 team on diligence, materials and introductions.

What a client is

Not a listing. A mandate.

Clients engage 361 to run a raise as a process: the same matchmaking, diligence and intelligence the platform gives members, pointed at one goal — the right allocators, properly introduced.

Room

A standing room, not a cold list

Your raise is presented to a network of 11,000+ family offices, allocators, funds and founders who already gather around 361 — at events, on the Tuesday briefings, and inside the platform. 40+ mandates are live on the platform today.

Team

One team on the mandate

The 361 banking team works on your materials, your diligence file and your investor conversations with you — positioning, questions and follow-up handled in one place, not handed off between firms.

Process

Introductions that are actually meetings

Matchmaking pairs the raise with the allocators whose thesis, timing and check size fit it, and books the 1:1s — in person on the Global Tour and online between events.

How it works

From first conversation to closed round

Start with a conversation

Tell the team what you are raising, on what terms, and why now. Fit matters in both directions, and client work is selective.

Diligence and materials

The team reviews the deck, the data room and the numbers, and works with you to get them ready for allocator questions.

The mandate

Scope, terms and responsibilities are agreed in writing before anything is shown to investors. Securities are offered through Finalis Securities LLC.

In front of the network

The raise goes to the members it fits: platform placement, the Monday digest and Tuesday briefings where relevant, event stages, and direct 1:1 introductions.

Follow-through

The team stays on the process — meetings, diligence questions and updates — until the round closes or the mandate ends.

Client engagements are selective, and taking a mandate is not a promise that capital will be raised — it is a commitment to run the process properly, in front of the right room.

How to become a client

Start with a conversation

Funds and operating companies raising private capital — private equity, venture capital, real estate, credit and hedge fund strategies — can start with a short note. If there is a fit, the next step is diligence, not a contract.

Basic

$361/yr
