361 Firm · Co-Invest Circles

Co-invest with the 361 network.

If you seek to invest in funds or direct deals, a Circle is where 361 Core Members do it together — peer investors collaborating to share, access, vet and syndicate deals, instead of working alone.

How a Circle works

A Circle is a group of 361 Core Members focused on one industry, asset class or region. Instead of vetting every deal alone, members share what they see, divide the diligence, and back the best opportunities together. Join one Circle or several.

Share

Members bring the deals and managers they are already looking at.

Access

See opportunities from the 361 banking team and from the peers in your Circle.

Vet

Members vote on the deals presented and divide the diligence, with full materials in one place.

Syndicate

Commit alongside each other. A combined check carries more weight than one.

Deal Sessions, biweekly

Every Circle meets every two weeks. Deals are presented, discussed and voted on together — not dropped into an inbox.

Bring your own deals

Members can onboard their own opportunities to the room, not only review what the team brings.

In person, too

Quarterly deep-dives, breakfasts and summits, hosted by each Circle's co-leaders.

Fee-share opportunity

Members who originate deals and introductions earn alongside 361. FINRA-clean, documented per the playbook.

How to join

Circles sit inside Core membership. When you invest or raise through a Circle, deal fees are modest — typically 1–2%, or SPV economics.
