Panelist Bios

Philip Belamant is the CEO of Zilch, Europe’s fastest-ever company to go from launch to unicorn status and to +4m customers. Philip graduated Cum Laude from RAU University in South Africa, with both BscIT and BscIT Honors degrees. Philip previously founded a mobile payment services in multiple countries and a leading fintech company in Africa that he listed on the Nasdaq with a market cap of c$2.2bn. In 2021, Philip won the British Entrepreneur of the Year.

Mo El Husseiny is the founder of Ventura Capital, investing in leading tech start-ups at the growth stage. Prior to founding Ventura in 2012, Mo worked for a decade at the Abu Dhabi Sovereign Wealth Fund and at Goldman Sachs. Mo is a Trustee of the Royal Albert Hall Trust, Board Member of the Royal Sailing Club of Spain and Co-Chair of the Brussels Finance Council.

Victor Trokoudes, a successful Morgan Stanley trader masterminded Wise's (formerly Transferwise) global expansion. Victor understood the vast untapped potential of financial innovation. His next move was to found Plum, a fintech that has become a game-changer in the space. Plum is now the UK’s Number 1 wealth management app, with 2 million users, and is currently expanding to 10 European countries.

Paul Scialla is the founder and CEO Delos. After 18 years on Wall Street, including 10 at Goldman Sachs as a Partner, Paul founded Delos with a mission  to transform indoor environments into catalysts for better health and well-being. Paul is also the founder of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI),  Paul serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Chopra Foundation, and a founding board member of the JUST Capital Foundation. He graduated from NYU with a degree in finance.
