What we do
- Log every operational change. Deploys, role changes, application approvals, destructive ops, mass comms — all timestamped, all attributed.
- Restrict by role. Internal data is admin-only; members see only their own circle data; prospects see only public marketing surfaces.
- Owner-lock sensitive records. Research notes, calendars, and outreach drafts can only be edited by their creator or an admin.
- Nightly backups. The full activity log + deal/investor data is backed up off-platform every morning.
- Publish this page. Aggregate counts are live; you can see the platform's pulse without an account.
What we don't do
- Sell or share member data. Membership and deal data stays inside 361 — no third-party data brokers, no resale.
- Auto-share documents. Sharing settings require explicit human action — never automated by the platform.
- Skip audit logging. Even bulk operations are logged at the row level for replay and forensics.
- Touch banking credentials. Wires, ACH, and account numbers flow through Finalis Securities LLC compliance channels, not the platform.
- Deploy silently. Every production release writes a deploy-log row with the version, summary, and full change list.
