Onboard Your Firm (~15 min)
Start at 361firm.com/onb. Complete a streamlined profile, upload your teaser or pitch deck, and approve sharing a "no-name" summary with 4K+ allocators for inbound interest. Our AI syncs your profile with our allocator diagnostics.
Compliance & Engagement (~30 min)
Sign your engagement letter and submit compliance materials via our due diligence form. We submit to our Broker-Dealer platform (Finalis) and run background checks. This typically clears in 24 hours of full submissions.
Preparation & Pre-Marketing (1–3 weeks)
We review your marketing deck and prepare a curated Investor Prospect List based on AI matching. You review and approve target investors—we are not exclusive. We then test positioning with a small group of investors to collect candid feedback and refine your pitch.
Launch & Introductions (2–4 weeks)
We go live, inviting approved investors in waves. Outreach includes targeted 1:1s, Group Zooms, and incorporating you into 361 community events and Allocator Sessions at conferences as a thought leader.
Ongoing Closings & Growth
Follow-up is critical. We continue curating introductions, holding monthly status calls to track progress, and facilitating closings. You can stay at base support or scale up to Active Marketing as traction builds.

Tier 1: Onboard & Launch
$7.5K – $12K (one-time)
Test the waters. Includes background checks, marketing materials review, AI prospect list, 1:1 invites, and 2-3 Group Zooms.
Tier 2: Ongoing Support
$1.5K – $2.5K per month
Steady momentum. Includes monthly status calls, reviewing prospect funnels, new Group Zooms, and key 1:1 follow-ups.
Tier 3: Active Marketing
$5K – $25K per month
Acceleration. Dedicated bankers, deeper diagnostic editing, proactive phone outreach, full video pitch production, and bespoke road shows.
Success Fees Alignment
Based on % of capital raised. For companies, we can reduce cash for equity warrants. For funds, we can align via carry participation or management fees.
After signing, we submit key Due Diligence information to compliance based on this form. It typically takes just 5–10 minutes to complete if all information is at hand.
