›Map the track arc: how each session builds on the previous one.
›Confirm session formats (panels / fireside / workshop) for each block.

›Speaker confirmations across all sessions. Track conflicts early.
›Lock the running order — last session should pay off something seeded in the first.

›Prep call per session leader (you may not run them all yourself).

›Be in the room for the open of every session if you can. Sets continuity.
›Connect the dots aloud between sessions in 30-second bridges.

›Send a single recap covering the whole track — not session-by-session.
›Identify the 2-3 follow-up conversations the track surfaced and route them.

Common mistakes

Treating each session as independent. The track is the product, not the sessions.
Forgetting bridge time between sessions — attendees need a beat to absorb.
Too many session leaders. 3-4 is plenty; more dilutes the voice.
