3) Deals/Funds. Below is an excerpt from our no-name Shared Deal Pipeline of recently onboarded funds/deals. Upon onboarding a deal or fund via , our team reviews them but the Shared Pipeline often leads to “inbound” inquiries from the community which focuses us even more on certain entries. If we think a fund/deal might be compelling, we set up a Zoom to learn more and might discuss how we might act as a placement agent. We can send an MOU of basic terms. If agreed, we engage in due diligence in association with our broker-dealer Stonehaven. If we enter into a Mandate Agreement, we then can show it to suitable investors and can make use of our extensive network and 100+ bankers.
