Upon onboarding a deal or fund, our team reviews them that often leads to “inbound” inquiries from the community which focuses us even more on certain entries. If we think a fund/deal might be compelling, we set up a Zoom to learn more and might discuss how we might act as a placement agent. We can send an MOU of basic terms. If agreed, we engage in due diligence in association with our broker-dealer Stonehaven. If we enter into a Mandate Agreement, we then can show it to suitable investors and can make use of our extensive network and 100+ bankers.
