Like last year when we had 150+ participants, our Florida conferences start on Saturday (Jan. 27), this time at the new AC Naples 5th Avenue with panels and breakouts on investing by global regions, asset classes, industries & impact interests. Sunday focuses on the business of sports, leading up to our Pickleball Mixer. We then head to Miami for evening gatherings and a conference on Monday. Speakers include

Onboarded deals will be reviewed by the core 361 banking team, which could lead to various ways of formal engagement including a full onboarding to our Broker-Dealer platform - here is the 361Firm Deck on acting as a placement agent.

1) Fill out our 361 Onboarding Form. 

• If you agree, the “no name” portion of your deal can be added to our “No Name Pipeline” - this often leads to inbound interest.

• You can join events, but you cannot pitch. 

• If you wish to become an investment banking client, then your answers in this form provide most of what we need to start the process, and we can move to step 2.

2) Engagement Letter and Due Diligence. 

• If 361 is interested to proceed with a mandate, we will send an MOU (see template MOUs for Preferred Access and Full Marketing Mandates) or an Engagement Letter (see Template EL). 

• In parallel, you submit info for our Due Diligence (see DD Checklist for a Fund or Company).

3) Broker-Dealer Approvals. Once the EL is agreed, our broker-dealer will review the Due Diligence info and Marketing Materials and approve with any comments or conditions.

4) Launch Marketing. At that point, you will be added to our platform, and services depend on the type of mandate - “Preferred Access” or “Full Marketing Mandate”
