12/24 BRIEFING ON FOMC AND FISCAL FIGHT

Since 2019, Stephen R. Burke of ARS has given opening briefings around the world, and via Zoom on Tuesdays at 11 AM since April 2020. See the Briefing Playlist on our 361 Channel. On Jan. 21, 2025, 361Firm will host our 250th Tuesday Briefing in a row. At the 200th mark, we hosted "watch party" gatherings in over 30 cities. This time we aim for 50+ locations and 250+ participants. We seek your help to co-organize (or participate in) simple informal "watch party" gatherings.

MANDATES. We now have over 60 mandates, and you can see most in our No-name Deal Pipeline. We now have 20+ funds in niches like AI and private credit and 20+ direct deals from $2M to $200M for equity (e.g. in payments, VR, domes, tire recycling) and debt (e.g. off-grid-EV charging, GP buy-out). If approved by the client, mandated funds and companies are added to our Deal Database Shared with 4K+ Allocators.

FULL ACCESS FOR QUALIFIED PURCHASERS. QP, approved on updating or submitting our Diagnostic, can access our External Pipeline, with links to decks and to schedule meetings. Our pipeline looks rather different today than it did a few years ago. We approach from both the buy-side (forming funds or SPVs into funds/companies) and the sell-side where we have 40+ active mandates with funds and companies (some are between vintages or rounds).

PIPELINES and DIAGNOSTICS. It takes just 2-5 minutes, but makes it easier for match-making, and inbound interest.

If you become an investment banking client, you can pitch at our Allocator Session segments of our conferences and schedule 1:1 meetings. Our "special sauce" is our global community. While we can run systematic marketing processes like any other placement agent, we can easily set up multi-city "road shows" but also include you in weekly programs or create bespoke events to bring you to investors in more organic ways where you can build relationships.
