ONBOARDING STRATEGIC ADVISORS

Dozens of active 361 members are already serving in fractional CXO (e.g. as CIO, CFO, CEO) or other advisory roles in companies or at funds or family offices. Connecting talent more systematically will strengthen further the “connective tissue” of our 361 ecosystem. While the details for the SA program are in our “Referral Agreement”, essentially SAs can earn fees per their “rate card” or as mutually agreed (e.g. some prefer to be paid in equity). 361 receives a “referral fee” (typically 20%); likewise, 361 can pay you 20% of net revenues from referrals of members and other SAs. To enable our network to see why to engage with you, we ask all SAs to do the following.

1. APP PROFILE. Make sure that your profile on our 361 App is complete and updated.

2. ONBOARD. Fill out the SA form at 361firm.com/sasurvey as to availability, hourly rate (you can always adjust or waive) and other info or file uploads relevant for potential advisory engagements

3. APP POST. Make a post of “Profile Tags”, which are searchable in our App. Here are tutorials on “Making Profile Tag App Post” and “Examples of Profile Tag Posts”  and lists of suggested tags.

4. REVIEW/EDIT YOUR SLIDE PROFILE. We assemble your Strategic Advisor Slide with more bits including links to videos or file uploads in our Deck of Strategic Advisors. See examples below.

5. LINKEDIN. You can add being a “361 Strategic Advisor” on your LinkedIn profile. See guidance.
