C10 Labs, a 361 client, has built an AI Venture Studio and Fund in Cambridge, MA, with investments across cohorts of companies and currently has another 17 teams in its studio working on AI-First opportunities.

Renewable energy development faces challenges such as local ordinances, zoning laws, and community opposition. Some question the findings of the Brookings Report on the sector's future. Experiences with canceled solar projects, such as in Ohio, emphasize the need for a comprehensive approach involving all available technologies. Various discussions have highlighted different decarbonization technologies and their potential applications in the industry, including sequestration, data centers, and satellite communication technologies. It is generally agreed that while several decarbonization technologies are available, their effectiveness and feasibility need to be evaluated.
