We are excited to offer 361 Community access to a growing group of high-caliber Strategic Advisors (SAs) who can be engaged (part- or full-time) to advise in-house or portfolio companies. In the works for years, harking back to how I partnered with a family office, we are now in “soft launch”. In parallel as we ask our full network to make one profile tagging App post (see examples above), those open to being a #strategicadvisor can identify roles (e.g. #DueDil, #BoardAdvisor, #CXO). Post tags are searchable on our iOS/Android versions and soon via web (here are suggested tags but use any you like). This is leading to greater engagement, and revenues for many (as facilitator, 361 takes 5-20%, so set rates accordingly*). We partner with 80+ affiliate bankers on ~100 mandates across asset classes. We have agreements with many other broker-dealers, paying out ~60% of fees to those who bring us a new investor relationship (or vice versa). We are widening the membership program now, while rewarding those who are active Co-Leaders. 361Foundation enables our community to optimize their approach to philanthropic giving by interconnecting us to partner on key causes, e.g. inclusion and access to education per our kickoff event this month with Steve Young and Jerry Rice for 8 to 80 Zones.
