To receive complimentary access to the conference and Allocator Lunch on March 20, future Allocator events and access the 361 Deal Database you need to be a “361 Qualified Investor” approved after submitting our Diagnostic meeting the criteria below: Qualified Person ($5M+), preference given to Institutional QPs ($50M+ AUM) Actively Allocating as an LP into funds or SPV sponsors Agree to Take Two Meetings with at least two Funds or Companies at the conference - see Funds/Companies page (scheduler link provided on approval)
Family Offices who meet the QI criteria BUT engage in fundraising for SPVs or Funds may join at a discount, or free if a 361 client for syndicating their offerings (see Deal/Fund Onboarding) GPs or Sponsors raising LP capital are NOT deemed QIs BUT may join Allocator Sessions as a 361 client, with a significant discount (to cover costs). Fund of Funds raising capital are dealt with on a case by case basis. For your first Allocator Session, just submit the Short Diagnostic. 361CORE. Allocators with $10M+ to invest in ALTs in the next 12 months qualify for 361Core, enabling members to share, vet and co-invest in unique deals. This is invite-only with an application process.
